The track is transcribed in the original key, E Flat Major, and uses basic major and minor chords E♭ Cm Fm A♭ D♭ B♭m.

"Suffering" is s fast-tempo song that was composed with a straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats but do it softly.

The left-hand maintains movement.

The right hand imitates the vocal delivery by Anna Lea and Jorge Rivera-Herrans: a predominant vocal style is staccato. In the second verse you need to decide will you play the rap part by Odyssey or a cute piano riff. Don't play it together, it's impossible.

Pitch inflections (slurred notes) should be played quietly.
